1. EMDR:

2. CBT:

3. DBT:

4. SFBT:

Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) places focus on a person’s present and future circumstances and goals rather than past experiences. In this goal oriented therapy, the symptoms or issues bringing a person to therapy are typically not targeted.

5. MBCT:

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy is an approach to psychotherapy that uses cognitive behavioral therapy methods in collaboration with mindfulness meditation practices and similar psychological strategies. It was originally created to be a relapse prevention treatment for individuals with major depressive disorder.

6. Trauma Focused Therapy:

Trauma-Focused Therapy is a specific approach to therapy that recognizes and emphasizes understanding how the traumatic experience impacts a child’s mental, behavioral, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. This type of therapy is rooted in understanding the connection between the trauma experience and the child’s emotional and behavioral responses.

7. Motivational Interviewing :

Motivational interviewing is a counseling approach designed to help people find the motivation to make a positive behavior change. This client-centered approach is particularly effective for people who have mixed feelings about changing their behavior.
